Is it just me or did this battle theme change in compare to the final version in the game? Cuz some riffs I feel liek are missing in this version!

The reason why I am actually here, is that I was looking for a good remaster of this song here. The irony... It's the only one in your list, which I don't like. 😅 I think the instruments arent fitting and it sounds off at times. But the rest of your work is fantastic. :) Damn... This one is also very hard to rearrange. The original is quite chaotic in its composition but still amazing. Just like with the guardian track, it's difficult to remix. But your still made it sound really good.

This has its charm for sure, I do like the original better. I’m a fan of the split timeline in Hyrule Historia so you’ve been warned. I adored this theme as a child. Still love it. It’s even better if you think about its placement in the timeline. Unlike the next reincarnation of OoT Link in the other timelines, being measured in the 100’s of years later if I recall, this one follows the fallen hero timeline CENTURIES after OoT Link was killed wielding The Master Sword. The theme epically fits in comparison to the more cheery sounding theme from Twilight Princess (Wind Waker was in Hyrule Castle so it can’t exactly be compared). After OoT Link’s death, that sword was returned its resting place and has been resting for a very long time until the new Link reincarnation finally came. The Master Sword (probably Fi to be exact) has shown to be sentient in the series. Meaning the memory of Link’s death was dwelling in The Master Sword as it waited. Centuries later, his reincarnation finally appears in the sacred grove where The Master Sword has been sitting and waiting in the fog for this day to come. Represented by flashing colors of the medallions, the brilliant flash of light, and the fact the fog leaves the forest and is now being bathed in sunlight after The Master Sword is pulled from the pedestal by none other than Link. The forest of mystery theme fits that so well before being pulled and I could definitely imagine the effects of dwelling on Link’s death after all that time while sitting on all that power through all those years in waiting. I can’t help but see two main things being told to Link by The Master Sword through power shown in the scene where Link obtains The Master Sword. First, while the medallions were being raised and was pulsating with power, it was telling Link “I’ve been waiting far too long for this moment to arrive.”. While pulling the sword, through its brilliant flash of light and purging of the fog, it cranked everything that earned it the title of The Sword of Evils Bane far past 11. Making a vow to Link that death will never again come to Hylia chosen hero of courage. All because of its placement in the timeline and that my favorite lost woods/forest of mystery theme just so happens to fit my situation if I picture myself as Fi within The Master Sword. It takes a good and memorable part of the game from my childhood and really drives home how epic that scene truly is when applying it’s timeline placement and all the details of the previous Link dying with prologue indicating, to my understanding, that far more significant time has passed in comparison to other reincarnations after OoT. Also there’s the added bonus of the old man in A Link Between Worlds possibly being the hero from A Link To The Past. Evidence is pretty strong but I’ll leave them in my pocket and let y’all do your own diving into that.

This track stuck with me the longest from the demo back then. Also the description seems off, cuz this is Psilocin Town's theme right? The description does mention Direboar Town. Also it has a Chrono Trigger sorta vibe to it with some Pokemon Mystery Dungeon mixed into it!
